Paperwork
You say what's happening, Nego finds the right procedure, follows its steps checked against official sources, does the calculations with the site's tools and drafts your letters. You finish on the official service, with everything ready.
For a procedure, Nego does not answer from memory. It starts by searching the catalogue of the site's 32 procedures, using the words of your request, in French or English (up to 8 results). Then it reads the chosen page in full: who it applies to, when, where, cost, how long, step by step, documents to prepare, pitfalls, letter template, official service, sources and the date they were checked. Those checked steps are what it follows, not what it thinks it knows.
Then it applies it to your situation: what concerns you, in what order, what to prepare. It drafts the letter from the page's template with what you tell it; anything it does not know stays in square brackets. Amounts (unemployment benefit, tax, payouts, actual expenses) come from the site's calculators, never from the model. It ends with the link to the page and to the official service: you are the one who confirms and sends.
Your procedure is not in the catalogue yet? Nego still helps: it searches the official sites (service-public.gouv.fr first) and cites the pages it read. Then it offers to suggest it to the site: it writes the message with you, shows it to you, and only sends it once you agree.
Nego reads each page below when your request comes close to it. A procedure missing? It helps you with the official sources.

The model reads and writes; the code calculates and checks. No figure shown ever comes from a language model.
What you attach (a letter received, a notice, a PDF) is used to answer you and is kept neither on our servers nor in the conversation saved on your device; the conversation itself stays in your browser until you clear it. Attach only what is useful, and leave your tax, social security or France Travail ID numbers in square brackets: you fill them in yourself in the letter. Full details in the privacy policy.
The page describes the procedure for everyone: steps, documents, pitfalls, letter, sources. Nego starts from the same page and applies it to your situation: what concerns you, in what order, the letter filled in, the amounts worked out by the site's calculators.
No. Describe what is happening (“my employer has stopped paying my overtime”, “I have just had a baby”): Nego searches the catalogue with your words, in French or English, and suggests the matching procedures.
Yes: attach it as a photo or a PDF. It tells you what it means and what can happen next, based on the procedure page when there is one. For an amount or a date in the letter, type them in your message: a figure read only in the document is shown as “[X]”.
Yes: it answers in the language of your message, and the procedure pages exist in French and English. Letter templates stay in French, because they go to someone in France.
