AI search
You describe your job, our AI investigates the web and shows you what it found, source by source. The site checks every amount before showing it.
Making up a figure. An amount is only shown if it appears word for word in the excerpt of the cited page, supplied by the search engine and not by the AI. Otherwise the sentence is removed and only the source's excerpt remains. The range is calculated by the site, never by the AI; without a verified amount, there is no range.
No. Our AI searches and cites; it does not calculate anything. An amount is only shown if it appears word for word in the excerpt of the cited page, supplied by the search engine and not by the AI; otherwise the sentence is removed. The range shown is calculated by the site: the middle half of the cited amounts, with each source counted once, converted to gross annual pay when the source gives a monthly or hourly salary.
Our AI runs on Anthropic's Claude models: Claude Opus 5.5, with web search, to find and read published salaries; a fast model to classify each amount (gross or net, per year or per month); Claude Fable 5.1 to read CVs in “What am I worth?”.
From public pages that our AI finds and reads: Apec, salary surveys from recruitment firms, job and salary websites, France Travail (the French public employment service), collective agreement pay scales, INSEE. Each fact links to its page, with the exact excerpt, so you can check it in one click.
It is sent to our AI to search the web, as data, never as an instruction. The result is kept for 7 days, with no personal identifier, so that the same search can be answered straight away, whether it is yours or someone else's.
A general-purpose assistant often gives you a plausible average, with no source you can check. Here, every amount links to its page with the exact excerpt, the site discards any figure it cannot find in the source, and it calculates the range itself.
Yes: 1 searches a day without an account, 15 with a free account. A search already made in the last 7 days is shown instantly and does not count. The salary expectations generator has its own limit (10 AI requests a day). These caps keep the service free.
Because the site refuses to guess: without an amount found word for word in a source, there is no range. You then see what the sources say, the pages consulted and INSEE's official benchmark for the closest job.
The detailed calculation rules, thresholds and exclusions are in the methodology.
Try it with your own job: one sentence is enough.
