What is your CV worth? We value it, make it ATS-proof and raise it.
When you are preparing for an interview, a pay rise request or a career change, you want a simple answer: how much do people who do my job, with my experience, in my city, earn? The pages that answer this today often show tables that look modelled: the same gap applied to every city, amounts that change from one page to another on the same site, no indication of volume or source.
The most accurate answer starts with you: your CV. Negotiate Your Salary values your CV from the CV itself, suggests ways to improve it and raise its value, and tells you what to fix so that it gets past recruiters' screening software (ATS). The AI reads and rewrites; the amounts come from salaries actually paid, published by INSEE (France's national statistics office), and the score is calculated by the site using public criteria.
For the salary pages, Negotiate Your Salary takes a different approach: salaries observed in real job offers, normalised with public rules, and for every figure the number of offers, the period, the update date and the source. When there is not enough data, we say so and move up one geographical level instead of making things up.
The site is published by Mathieu Altavilla. It is not affiliated with France Travail (the French public employment service) or with any recruitment firm; the job offers are reused under the France Travail licence. Contact details are in the legal notice.
