Credit packs on the Negotiate Your Salary website (https://negociersonsalaire.fr) are sold by Mathieu Altavilla, Sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), micro-enterprise, 11 rue Maryse Bastié, 75013 Paris, France, SIREN 130 957 889, SIRET 130 957 889 00012, APE code 96.09Z. Contact: contact@negociersonsalaire.fr, the contact form or +33 7 69 25 19 82. These terms supplement the terms of use and apply to every purchase.
Credit packs, as a one-off payment, with no subscription or renewal. Every action that puts the AI (Claude) to work uses credits, on the site and with Nego: CV analysis (2), improved, job-ad, career-change or translated CV, new template or same layout (2, preliminary questions and reading the ad included), AI edit of the CV (1 per request), “My structure” reorganisation (1), photo review (1). The web salary search, calculations (salary, tax, unemployment…), pages, manual touch-ups and downloads cost nothing. Each pack also makes questions to Nego unlimited for one month, whatever the pack (fair use: at most 150 questions a week); two packs add up. Only questions and answers are unlimited: an action Nego performs for the customer uses its credits, just like on the site. Each account gets 4 free credits, once per device and internet connection. Without an account, 2 of these credits can be used as a trial from a device; those used are deducted from the free credits of the account then created or opened from that device.
Prices are in euros, including all taxes, and shown before payment. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (micro-enterprise VAT exemption). Payment is made in one go, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on Stripe Payments Europe's secure page: card details never go through the site. The order is final once Stripe accepts the payment; a receipt is sent by email.
Credits are added to the account as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. They do not expire and cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for money.
Credits are digital content supplied without a physical medium, delivered on payment. Before paying, the buyer ticks a box asking for this immediate delivery and expressly waiving their 14-day right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28 13°); without this box, the purchase is not possible. The date of this agreement is kept with the purchase.
An AI action that doesn't go through (outage, timeout, document refused before the call) automatically gives its credits back. If there is a real problem (double payment, credits not received, service unavailable for a long time), write to us: every request is examined and, if justified, refunded to the original payment method; the credits of the refunded pack are then removed from the account.
Credits are tied to the account. Deleting your account deletes the remaining credits, with no refund: use them or write to us first. An account blocked for abusive use (getting around limits, automation) loses access to its credits.
As stated in the terms of use, no analysis, score or improved CV guarantees an interview, a job or a salary level. AI-generated text should be checked before use.
Any complaint goes first through the contact form. If no solution is found, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator the seller belongs to: details provided on request through the contact form (membership with an approved mediator in progress).
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the benefit of the protective rules of their country of residence in the European Union.
