Where do you stand?
Compare your gross salary with those offered in job ads for your job, in your city or region. The calculation happens in your browser: your salary is neither sent nor stored.
“Above 60% of offers” means that 60% of the offers for this job, at this experience level and in this place, offer a lower salary than yours. The calculation interpolates between the P10, P25, median, P75 and P90 percentiles published on the job page; below P10 or above P90, we say so without giving a more precise figure.
These are job offers, not salaries actually paid: cadre (executive-status) roles and jobs filled through referrals are under-represented. A place with fewer than 30 offers is replaced by the next geographic level up, and we tell you so. Details in the methodology.
