Paperwork
A procedure is missing, or you'd like it done for you? Say so in two sentences: the most requested ones come first in the next batches, with checked step-by-step guidance, a letter when one is needed, and Nego to do them with you.
The procedure catalogue holds 32 pages, sorted into 7 themes. It grows in batches, and your suggestion helps pick the next ones: the most requested procedures come first. You can suggest a procedure missing from the site, or one already there that you would like explained better or done for you.
The button opens the contact form with the subject “A procedure to automate” already selected. Say which procedure, with which body (CAF, tax office, France Travail…), what is blocking you and what you would like the site to do for you. Your first name and email are optional; without an email, no reply is possible.
Your message goes by email to the site's publisher; the site does not keep it. Would you rather talk it through? Nego writes the suggestion with you and sends it for you, after showing you the text and getting your go-ahead.
The procedures picked go into a future batch. Each new page follows the same recipe as the ones already on the site:
Every theme already has its first pages: suggest what is missing, inside them or beyond.
Tell it what is blocking you: Nego first helps you with the official sources, then writes the suggestion with you. It shows you the text and only sends it once you agree.
The model reads and writes; the code calculates and checks. No figure shown ever comes from a language model.
Your message goes by email to the site's publisher and is not kept by the site: the activity log only records that a message was sent and its subject, never its content. Your first name and email are optional and are used to reply to you. Full details in the privacy policy.
Nothing is promised, neither the addition nor a date: suggestions help pick the procedures for the next batches, the most requested first. In the meantime, Nego helps you with the official sources.
A reply is only possible if you leave your email. Without an address, your message still gets through.
Today: a page checked against the official sources, a letter template when the procedure is done by letter, the sums done by the site's calculators, and Nego doing it with you up to the official service. Sending and confirming remain yours.
Yes: if a page does not answer your question, or if you would like a step done for you, say so and name the procedure.
Work and leaving a job, Unemployment and France Travail, Tax and money, Family and benefits, Health and sick leave, Housing, Starting your own business. A procedure outside these themes? Suggest it too. All procedures
Two sentences are enough; your email is optional, and the site does not keep your message.
