Nego, your agent
At hiring or for a pay rise: Nego places your pay against real job offers in your field, calculates three targets (cautious, balanced, ambitious), writes your salary expectations and plays the recruiter so you can practise.
One click opens Nego with the request already written; you complete it with your own case and send.
A negotiation is won before the meeting. Tell Nego where you stand: an offer received, an interview coming up, a pay rise to ask for. It starts with the facts: the salaries actually offered in France Travail job ads for your job and your area, where you sit among them (as on Am I paid fairly?), and, if you attach your CV, its market value worked out from INSEE salary data. You then know whether your request is low, in line with the market or ambitious, with the figures to back it.
Then it prepares your words. For the salary-expectations question, it calls the site's generator: three targets calculated by the code (cautious, balanced, ambitious), one answer to say out loud and one for an e-mail, which you copy as they are or have it rework. For a pay rise, it builds your case from your achievements (those on your CV or those you tell it about), turns your request into net pay with the pay-rise simulator and tells you what it costs the employer. Two offers in the balance? It compares them in net pay.
Finally, practice: “play the recruiter”. Nego raises the classic objections, listens to your answers (typed or spoken), comments on them and suggests a stronger wording, always with your arguments, never with a figure it made up. The guides Negotiating at hiring and Asking for a pay rise give the method; Nego applies it to your case.
The model reads and writes; the code calculates and checks. No figure shown ever comes from a language model.
From the site's calculation, the same as on the salary-expectations page: from the salaries in France Travail job ads for your job and your area (median, quartiles), the code sets a cautious, a balanced and an ambitious target. Nego then writes the sentence around those figures, without changing a single one.
Yes: ask it to play the recruiter or your manager. It asks the awkward questions (“why that amount?”, “we don't have the budget”), comments on your answers and suggests wording built on your own arguments. You can dictate your answers with the microphone.
Nego says so and widens to the department, the region or France; it can also use the INSEE average for your occupation or search the web with sources. It never fills a data gap with a figure from nowhere.
With a case: what you have delivered (figures from your CV or your messages), where you stand against the market, a request in gross annual pay and what it means in net, calculated by the code. Nego helps you build it and points you to the “Asking for a pay rise” guide for how the meeting goes.
