Nego, your agent
Drop your CV, paste the job ad: Nego writes a short letter that links your experience to what the role asks for, using your words and your facts, then proofreads, shortens or adapts it to the company's tone when you ask.
One click opens Nego with the request already written; you complete it with your own case and send.
Attach your CV, paste the job ad and say in one sentence why this role. Nego reads both and writes a short letter that bridges them: what the role asks for, where you have already done it, what you bring, and the next step you propose. It takes your experiences as they are written on your CV, with your dates and your results, and adds nothing that does not come from you: a figure missing from your CV and your messages is replaced by “[X]”, for you to fill in.
Then you work on it with it: “shorter”, “more direct”, “adapt the tone for a start-up”, “stress the management side”, “in English”. It proofreads the final version, fixes spelling and grammar, and flags hollow phrases. You copy the text in one click. So that your CV tells the same story, it can move on to an improved CV targeted at the ad or to word-for-word fixes.
No CV to hand? Tell your story in the chat and it will write the letter from that, asking you two or three questions to make it concrete. The guides CV title and headline and Making the most of your CV give the same reflexes for the CV as for the letter: facts, results, the words of the ad.
The model reads and writes; the code calculates and checks. No figure shown ever comes from a language model.
No, because it starts from your CV and the job ad you paste: Nego links each expectation of the role to a specific experience in your background, in your words. Tell it too why this company and this role appeal to you: that is what makes a letter personal.
No. It only uses your CV and what you write to it; a figure that comes from neither is replaced by “[X]”. If an expectation of the role finds no echo in your background, it tells you and suggests addressing it differently (training, project, motivation), not inventing it.
One page, three or four short paragraphs: why them, why you, what you bring, what comes next. Nego aims for that by default; say “shorter” or “more detailed” and it adjusts. You can also ask it for a short application e-mail.
It is in the chat, to copy in one click. To lay it out, ask it to prepare your CV in the same spirit as well: that one downloads as PDF and Word, with a free account.
