Nego, your agent
A weekly plan, follow-ups that stay polite, two offers compared in net pay by the code, the jobs hiring in your region according to France Travail offers: Nego helps you stay on course until you sign.
One click opens Nego with the request already written; you complete it with your own case and send.
A job search is organisation and the right words. Tell Nego where you stand (in a job, unemployed, changing careers, a student), what you are aiming for and how much time you can give it: it proposes a plan for the week or the month, with concrete steps (CV ready, targeted ads, applications, follow-ups, interviews), a tracking table to copy and the site's guides to read at the right time. Each week you come back and it adjusts.
For the words, it writes: an application e-mail, a polite follow-up after a week without a reply, a thank-you after the interview, a message to a former colleague. Always from what you tell it, with nothing made up. For the CV, it moves on to the analysis, the fixes or the rewrite targeted at an ad, and for a career change it estimates the transferable share of your experience and the pay in the job you are aiming for.
To choose, it puts figures on things. Two offers in hand? It compares them in net pay through the code (gross, status, months paid, bonuses, hours, meal vouchers), like the offer comparison tool, then adds what cannot be calculated. Torn between places or jobs? It knows the salaries by occupation and the offers actually published by job and by city, and it searches the web, sources cited, for the rest. And when an ad looks vague, the guide Reading a job ad helps it decode it with you.
The model reads and writes; the code calculates and checks. No figure shown ever comes from a language model.
Through the code: gross annual or monthly pay, status, months paid, bonuses, hours and meal vouchers for each offer give a monthly and annual net, an hourly net and the gap between the two. Nego shows you the table, then adds what cannot be put into figures (commute, remote work, progression) so that you decide.
It knows the site's pages built on France Travail job offers: jobs and salaries by city, department and region, number of offers. It points you to your area's page and can search the web, sources cited, for what the site does not cover.
It helps you build it (a table to copy, dated follow-ups), but it keeps nothing of its own: the conversation stays on your device and the tracking is yours. A free account is for keeping your CVs and analyses, not your applications.
Tell it the job you are aiming for: it estimates the transferable share of your experience and the pay in the new job with the career-change page's calculation, rewrites your CV for that job if you ask, and points you to the career-change CV guide.
