Improve
When you upload your CV, tick “Target a specific job ad” and give the ad (its link, screenshots or the text): the AI spots what the job expects and rewrites your CV for that ad, with your real experience and nothing made up.
When you upload, tick “Target a specific job ad” and paste the full ad.
When you upload your CV, “What's it for?” offers “Target a specific job ad”. You give the ad however you like: its link (the site reads the page, even on job boards that block robots), screenshots (the AI copies the text), or the pasted text. You check the text you get, then the analysis compares your CV with that ad: in the word-for-word fixes and, if “Get past ATS robots” is ticked (it is by default), in the ATS check: keywords already there and missing, title at the top of your CV.
Right after the analysis, your CV is improved for that ad, along with your other goals. In “Same layout” (PDF CV), the AI changes the text of your blocks in their place (titles, keywords, wording) without rewriting everything; your photo, colours and fonts stay put. In “New template” (any format), it asks up to 5 short questions, then rewrites the whole CV in a single column, to download as PDF and Word.
Tailoring is not making things up: the AI creates no job, degree, tool or result to match the ad. It rewords your career with the words of the target job; when a figure is missing to prove a result, it writes “[X]” for you to fill in. To decode an ad before pasting it: reading a job ad; to understand what the robots look for: CV keywords.
The model reads and writes; the code calculates and checks. No figure shown ever comes from a language model.
Your CV and the ad are read by the AI for the analysis and the improvement, then forgotten: nothing is kept on the server, except the CV you choose to keep in your account, encrypted. The ad is never saved by the site. Full details in the privacy policy.
Only the ones your CV already shows, in the ad's words. A skill that nothing in your career backs up is not added: it stays listed separately. If you really have it, add it yourself or say so in “Your context”. Your context
Yes. With a link, the site reads the ad's page (and, if the job board blocks automated readers, the AI reads it); with screenshots, the AI copies the visible text. A sign-in-only page can't be read: take a screenshot. Either way, you check the text before starting: it needs the full ad (duties, profile, skills), 200 characters at least. With Nego it's even simpler: attach your CV, send the link and say “tailor my CV to this ad”; it reads the offer, asks you two or three questions if it doesn't know you well, then gives you back your tailored CV.
Run a new improvement for each ad. With an account, keep your original PDF in “My CVs, my layout” with one version per application, or save each rewritten CV in “My CVs”. With an account, each AI improvement uses one credit. Your CVs online
The site recognises a job ad and stops there: upload your CV first, then paste the ad into “Target a specific job ad”.
This feature tailors your CV, not your letter. To write a letter that picks up what the same ad asks for, follow the cover letter guide. The cover letter
Free, no sign-up to get started; your CV is not kept without your consent.
